2025 Year in Review

It's been an exciting year of growth at Row Zero! Here's a breakdown of a few of our biggest updates in 2025:

1. 250 built-in functions

We now have 250 built-in spreadsheet functions, including all common Excel functions and several unique to Row Zero (e.g. MULTILOOKUP). spreadsheet functions

2. More than 10,000 companies on Row Zero

We now have more than 10,000 companies all over the world using Row Zero, from startups to the world's leading companies, including AWS. See why companies choose Row Zero.

3. New core spreadsheet features

We added dozens of new spreadsheet features in 2025 including slicers, data validation, advanced conditional formatting, array functions, and dozens of new keyboard shortcuts. Try them in a new workbook. slicer with mulitple conditions

4. More data connectors

We added several new data connectors in 2025, including Oracle, BigQuery, and Athena. Connectors make it easy to build secure, connected spreadsheets that auto-update. You can also write-back spreadsheet data. View all connectors.

5. Shared data sources

Data sources have become one of our most popular Enterprise features. Teams can publish and share queries as dynamic data sources to give non-technical users one-click access to governed data warehouse data directly in their spreadsheet. 6. New security features

We added several enterprise security features in 2025, including Private Link, workspaces, SCIM, and configurable data export restrictions and data retention rules. View security features. Row Zero admin settings

7. Better XLSX and CSV import

Our importer now handles more edge cases, so if you had trouble uploading a file earlier in the year, give it another try. import file to spreadsheet

New features for 2026!
