Configure Single Sign-On (SSO)
Enterprise customers can elect to integrate their identity provider (IdP) with Row Zero to control access and authentication. Once you have configured SSO, all members of your organization will be required to authenticate via your identity provider.** Authentication via email and password will not be permitted. If a user is removed from your IdP or if you remove their access to Row Zero, they will no longer be able to log in to Row Zero.
After enabling SSO, Row Zero recommends using SCIM to sync users and groups automatically from your identity provider to Row Zero. To sync users and groups from your identity provider, see Sync Users and Groups with SCIM.
Row Zero supports SSO using either SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect (OIDC). Below, are generic instructions on how to configure SSO with OIDC or SAML, as well as specific instructions for different identity providers:
